Last summer I boasted that I could perform my version of Dickens "A Christmas Carol" during a street party on Christmas Eve. I then forgot about it till somebody reminded me and there I was.
My experiences during the production of "Puss in Boots" taught me the techniques but there was, of course , more to it than "knowing how to do it". So I went back to "Vocal Writer" and wrote the music and the lyrics, Since, apart from the voices, the instruments in "Vocal Writer" are somewhat stringy I did some reorchestration in Cybersound Studio.
Nice instruments, but alas only 22khz.
Then things went somewhat out of hand and after some months I ended up with 32 minutes of music, much too much. I had to edit it back to about quarter of an hour and that did hurt!
That was where Sound Edit 16/2 came in. On Christmas Eve the weather was hell so the street party became a very happy indoor party and I only had the music, but no graphics yet.

If you want to hear the carollers singing Silent Night while Bob Scratchit listens in Scrooge's office, play the upper sound right. In the lower right you see Tiny Tim singing about his wish to be a big and strong boy. (Due to the compression there is some "noise", sorry)
